He might be saying head east 90 degrees from home of brown. I don’t think you understand; and worse, you refuse to understand. I read your post and feel you might actually have the location nailed down. A Visual Translation of “In a Circle, each is left of the other and getting closer” .. If this is the case, then in order for us to find this home of Brown we follow the rest of the clues to get there.
So what if someone deciphered the first 2 clues and then walked right on past the chest? Without divulging my solution, that is entirely possible yet the clues are still over 10 miles apart and you have several more clue locations to get to before you get to the final clues of the poem. Very nice comment and yes there are two routes, one old and one new. There are two routes from where the warm waters halt.
Life & Style
Once you gain access to the point below the cliff….something else happens. In Forrest’s 17 dollars a square inch book he mentions the color brown as being forgotten/one of neglect. Forrest is confident no one is going to stumble upon his treasure by accident and he still plays with the idea of having his bones found with the treasure . Could this ‘home’, be a ‘forgotten home’ … (like the mummy joe- but not that one)…..And then Brown is capped because it is the place of treasure. The reason I’ve been vague and not more precise is because any more information could easily divulge my search area.
And while it might be possible to reverse-engineer from HOB to identify the location in stanza 1, I don’t think so. And without being able to see the words in stanza 1 within that location, you cannot be certain that you are taking it correctly in the canyon down. Or is he just not going to give a useful clues and simply saying…’ Why would I tell you a clue that would help lead you to the chest? ‘ But FF is a clever man, making his comment intriguing and thought provoking, with out any help to aid a searcher. Jenny Thank you for the original comments and reposting this important information about the HOB.

She also had defensive wounds on her hands. At the time of her death, Brown resided at 875 South Bundy Drive in Brentwood, Los Angeles, California, with her two children. On the evening of Sunday, June 12, 1994, Brown, aged 35, was stabbed to death outside her home, along with 25-year-old restaurant waiter Ron Goldman. Her body was discovered shortly after midnight on June 13. She was lying in the fetal position in a pool of blood. If you couldn't drop off toys at the George R. Brown Convention Center Monday, there are four other locations accepting donations.
He also said that if we got the first ‘few’ clues….(and we know the definition of ‘few’ to be not many but more than one)….then a person could find the treasure. It has been awhile since I have posted specific thoughts concerning Forrest Fenn’s Thrill of the Chase. That is not to say I have forgotten about it or haven’t been working on trying to discern the location of the chest. It, along with others, like Maranatha, Beale, Fandango, Kryptos, etc., are constantly passing through my mind and I’m not sure I will ever be able to get any of them out of mind; even if solved. Brown is a leading research university distinct for its student-centered learning and deep sense of purpose.
MW INTERVIEW: Dr. Dan Laird on Opioid Conspiracy
This is relatable to the reasons for the creation ofThe Thrill of the Chase. Forrest is often quoted saying he created the hunt to get children away from their electronics, families out exploring, and generally, to just get people to enjoy the country again. It would seem he does not like the ‘modern’ ways which have possibly caused the land to ‘wither’. So, is there a line in the poem which could direct the seeker to know if the ‘treasure is buried or not.’ I think there is a possibility, and it involves the ‘home of Brown’. The Nicole Brown Simpson Foundation was established in 1994 in her memory. Later renamed the Nicole Brown Charitable Foundation, it reportedly cut back on grantmaking in 1999, due to a drop in donations and questionable management practices.
Doesn’t mean you are wrong, because I don’t know your full solution. But if this is what it is based on, ths “Big Picture”, then go for it………. I don’t know where the chest is, …..if I did we wouldn’t be talking. 🙂 And that is not from weather conditions, but my own limitations. I have had home of Brown as at least 10 different places as I have arm chaired searched.
SEARCH
Before her death in April of 2022, the TV legend spent most of her life in a quiet Kent seaside village. There is a spot below Canyon Lodge at the river called 'Artists Point' or something like that. I think he was there for quite some time to do his paintings. Also, it's so dumb that people do not share more of their thoughts/interpretations. The only way this is likely going to be solved is through a collective group effort. The reality is that almost no one is able to just pick up and go to Yellowstone or any other place in the Rockies to check out any leads.
Many sincere searchers have been turned off from the blogs by such statements. No wants to say they think they know where the chest is anymore. Don’t we still have free speech on these forums? If saying that upsets so many people they aren’t cut out for the competition of this search.
Home implies more of a residence or permanent living area and I think we need mofre to tie Grafton Brown to this area. From what I was able to tell, Brown lived mostly in San Francisco and on the East Coast. I hope this message gets posted now before the treasure is found, but it may not be possible due to time dilation and other “sciencey” things I don’t understand about time travel.
The coastal section of the range is made up of large islands that were once part of a larger land mass. These islands were formed when lava flows cooled quickly, forming hard rocks that retain little soil or moisture. The arctic tundra region is dominated by flat, treeless plains covered in sand and rock debris. However, there are some small patches of spruce trees here and there.
However, if you look closely at the painting, you can make out New Mexico, Colorado, and Wyoming. Brown is a persons last name, they live on carson rd. and where warm waters halt. There is a Jack Loeffler, Forrest Fenn connection if you dig deep enough, but I don’t believe it will help with locating the chest.
